This paper describes the application of RF microsystems in military and civilian fields. Combined with the research status of RF microsystems technology around the world, a series of typical technologies of RF microsystems are combed, summarized and analyzed. Meanwhile, according to the current development of RF microsystems in China, the existing problems and future development are also considered in this paper.
