FOC vector control algorithm is usually implemented on CPU or DSP for servo driver control. It is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time scene in aerospace applications. In order to improve the real-time performance and reliability of aerospace servo driver system, we implemented the FOC vector control algorithm using hardware acceleration. The design of servo controller is introduced in details, and a hardware acceleration design scheme of full digital and high-performance servo controller is given. It is verified on aerospace grade SiP6117s chip with programmable logic function. The simulation experiments show that the performance of the servo driver controller is tested to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
